Ozempic for Weight Loss: Labels, Evidence and User Reports
Ozempic for weight loss: approved uses vs Wegovy, trial themes, side effects and what anonymous users report. Not medical advice.

Short answer
Ozempic is approved for type 2 diabetes. Weight loss is a well-known effect of semaglutide, but the US weight-management brand for semaglutide is Wegovy (with its own label and pen strengths). Using Ozempic specifically for weight loss is a clinical decision that depends on local labelling, indication and insurance rules — this page does not tell anyone to start it. Peptide Confessions does not publish dosing, timing, injection or sourcing guidance.
