Short answer
Both are once-daily GLP-1 pills for weight management in the US. The Wegovy pill is oral semaglutide, a peptide that must be taken on an empty stomach with strict timing before food and drink. Foundayo is orforglipron, a small non-peptide molecule without those food or water restrictions. Counting people who stayed on treatment, separate trials reported average weight loss of about 16.6% at 64 weeks for oral semaglutide (OASIS 4) and 12.4% at 72 weeks at the highest orforglipron dose (ATTAIN-1); different trials, not head-to-head. Both carry GLP-1-class GI side effects. Peptide Confessions does not publish dosing, timing, injection or sourcing guidance.
