Short answer

Foundayo is orforglipron, a once-daily non-peptide GLP-1 pill approved by the FDA in 2026 for weight management. In the phase 3 ATTAIN trials the most common side effects were gastrointestinal — nausea, constipation, diarrhoea, vomiting and indigestion — mostly mild to moderate and most frequent during dose escalation; some participants stopped treatment because of them. The label carries GLP-1 class warnings such as pancreatitis, gallbladder problems and dehydration-related kidney injury. This site has no tagged Foundayo confessions yet; the closest reports are semaglutide and tirzepatide. Peptide Confessions does not publish dosing, timing, injection or sourcing guidance.
