I'm a woman and nobody talks about this honestly so I will: PT-141 works on us too. works on my fiancé as well. that's the one peptide in my whole stack that delivered exactly what it promised with zero ambiguity. tirz and reta both work (reta's so strong even a low dose kills my appetite completely), MOTS gave me real sustained energy, and BPC/TB/KLOW did absolutely nothing for me. but the one I'd never quit is the one nobody puts on a tier list.

6 months on reta, down 60 lbs, about 25% of my bodyweight.
