My own N=1 PT-141, dosing 1.75mg, subQ, about 45 minutes before. onset half an hour to an hour. flushing, a little nausea, blood pressure ticks up for a bit all normal, all passes. . figured out the timing through trial and error and one very awkwardly-timed evening.
