Was on Mounjaro 2.

Was on Mounjaro 2.5mg first month then 5mg next 2 months, lost 17kg. Moved over to Reta because of mounjaro pricing, 2mg Reat first week, 4mg Reta second week, weight loss has stalled completely only down 1 kg in 18 days on Reta, I'm eating in a calorie deficit and exercising. Any advice?
