Two unlabeled vials in the fridge. One was 10mg of something harmless and one was 30mg of retatrutide. I grabbed the wrong one and drew the full thing two syringes and realised the monumental fuck up as the second one emptied. Took a Zofran and sat on the kitchen floor. For a week everything hurt, not sure if it was placebo I was Fd up. Ate maybe 1,200 calories in seven days, lost 10 pounds, took the rest of the week off work. I label everything now
