When I upped by retatrutide dose to 4mg, I started having severe sleeping issues, profuse sweating, extreme tiredness and lethargy, brain fog. No appetite suppression or weight loss but paradoxical increase in appetite. Has this happened to anyone?

6 months on reta, down 60 lbs, about 25% of my bodyweight.
