I was taking 2mg of retatrutide weekly.

I was taking 2mg of retatrutide weekly. It worked for about a month, then the hunger came back strong. I upped to 4mg per week and the hunger has not gone away + weight is staying flat. Do I keep upping the dose? I see people on 1mg a week struggling to eat yet here I am about to try 6mg and I don’t have high expectations for it to work.
