I gave Retatrutide to my father. He was getting so fat and unhealthy that It was either Reta or he was going to die. I know he is type 2 diabetic and I’ve heard it can be good for regulating insulin. Little did I realize he basically stopped eating and his blood sugar was so low he could barely walk.
