$1000+ in Grey market GLP's (2ag & 3ag) since May26 have done nothing…

Been on Tirzepatide for 7 months now, lost 17kg/37lbs. Still wanting to lose another 9kg/20lbs but have been stuck at current weight for about 6 weeks now, just losing and gaining the same 2kg/4lbs. I’m at 7.5mg Tirzepatide but thinking about switching to Reta as I really don’t want to go higher with the Tirzepatide as it’s super expensive. If I were to, I’m just not sure if I should stop Tirzepatide for maybe 1 month before giving Reta a try so it’s out of my system or just start Reta and wean down on Tirzepatide. I ideally want to be off all peps by next year January.

When people complain on forums that their weight loss has stalled or that they have regained weight on a GLP-1, there's always some smart ass that replies "you have to track your calories and your macros" and I'm like well if I could do that I wouldn't be on a GLP-1 in the first place. Yes I am expecting GLP-1s to be magic wands, fight me. If I get to a point where my hunger cues are out of control and food noise is coming back with a revenge and I am eating over my maintenance calories as a consequence, then the medication is simply not working.

I almost gave up on Retatrutide because week 7 was tough. I nearly fainted at work and felt my energy depleted all the time. Sleep was terrible, I was waking up several times during the night and got no rest. Obviously could not lift weights. These side effects eventually settled but I'm still switching to tirzepatide in a few weeks when I'm done with my current reta stash because the increased heart rate is no joke.
