Do not take Reta dose at night, it will kick in and raise your HR and keep you awake, better to take it in the morning, so your body adjusts to the increased HR by the time you go to bed.

i don’t think we’re ready for the huge wave of teenage girls and young women with eating disorders that are going to start abusing GLP-1s. this is already happening but price and accessibility is a big barrier right now. i’ve seen plenty of girls promoting the grey market and giving detailed advice on how to access reta and tirz. a lot of women want to be dangerously thin but don’t have the willpower. glp-1s will change this

Currently on 1.5 mg of Reta and I’m enjoying the experience so far. I’ve lost my sense of smell since 2020 from Covid, but I’m having a weird side effect where I can now smell *something* that is incredibly strong and it doesn’t go away. It is the only thing I smell and it’s driving me crazy.
