BPC-157 vs GHK-Cu: What Users Report

BPC-157 vs GHK-Cu: what users report about healing, skin, and side effects. Counts from tagged confessions, not a ranking. Not medical advice.

What is the difference between BPC-157 and GHK-Cu?

They are different peptides, and the confessions mostly use them for different body parts. BPC-157 shows up in injury, tendon, gut, and pain stories. GHK-Cu is a copper peptide that shows up in skin, hair, and wound stories. Neither is an approved drug.

Putting them in one table does not make them substitutes. A lot of the overlap is stacks: both names in one confession, not a choice between them.

Educational page. Anonymous reports, not medical advice, and not a dosing recommendation.

BPC-157 vs GHK-Cu, side by side

Counts are phrase matches inside published confessions tagged with that peptide. A story tagged with both is in both columns. A higher number is more people using the phrase, not a result, and not a winner. The same method is written up on the Retatrutide side-effect report. That report counts retatrutide only.

What users report

#110 splits them. GHK-Cu is the one they say closed a forearm wound. BPC-157 is the one they notice, for joints and gut, when it runs out.

#265 added both for skin after years of acne treatments and says they cannot tell which one did it.

#20 lists BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu after foot surgery. It is a stack, and a wish they had started sooner. It does not compare the two.

#589 describes a parent given GHK-Cu and BPC-157 together for shoulders and knees, and says arm movement got easier. The confession names amounts. Not a dosing recommendation.

#571 lists both among several peptides over four months and says the only noticeable effect was from CJC-1295.

Hubs: BPC-157 and GHK-Cu. Neither has its own data-report URL. The BPC-157 vs TB-500 page is the other healing comparison. Phrase counts on this page follow the method on the retatrutide side-effect report, which is a different compound.

What this page will not say

It will not say one heals better. The BPC-157 column has more healing and injury phrases. The GHK-Cu column has more skin and hair phrases. That is what the files are about. It is not a contest, and it is not a safety ranking.

It will not turn #589 into a protocol. Not a dosing recommendation.

Community Q&A

What is the difference between BPC-157 and GHK-Cu?
They are different peptides. In this archive, BPC-157 confessions more often mention healing, tendons, joints, pain, and gut. GHK-Cu confessions more often mention skin and hair. #110 uses those words that way. That is a description of the file, not a ranking.
BPC-157 vs GHK-Cu: which do users report works better?
This page does not pick one. The confessions tagged with both are mostly stacks or lists, not a head-to-head. #265 says they cannot tell which peptide changed their skin. #571 lists both and says only CJC-1295 was noticeable.
Are the doses on this page a recommendation?
No. Not a dosing recommendation. #589 names amounts for a parent. This page does not repeat them.
How many BPC-157 and GHK-Cu confessions are counted?
71 published confessions are tagged BPC-157. 58 are tagged GHK-Cu. 10 are tagged with both, and those sit in both columns. A percentage is the share of that column that used a phrase. Silence is not recorded. In the side-effect rows, the most mentioned phrase on the BPC-157 side is heart rate or palpitations (2 of 71). On the GHK-Cu side it is injection-site reaction (2 of 58). That is not a safety ranking.
Does a higher side-effect count mean one is riskier?
No. This archive does not say. A phrase count is the share of published confessions that used a word. The files are different sizes, many confessions name more than one peptide, and nobody was asked a standard list of effects. This is not a safety ranking.
