Peptides for Libido: What the Evidence and Users Say
Peptides for libido — PT-141, Melanotan II, kisspeptin — approved uses, research and what anonymous users report. Not medical advice.

Short answer
Libido (desire) is not the same as erection or lubrication. The peptide with an approved sexual-medicine use is bremelanotide (PT-141), approved in the US as Vyleesi for acquired, generalised hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women — not as a general 'libido booster' for everyone. Melanotan II is an unapproved tanning peptide that often raises arousal as a side effect. Kisspeptin sits upstream of reproductive hormones and is research-only. Peptide Confessions does not publish dosing, timing, injection or sourcing guidance.

What users report
#117 (a woman) says PT-141 'delivered exactly what it promised' for her and her fiancé, while BPC-157 and TB-500 did nothing. #67 describes PT-141 restoring desire and climax after a year of only partial help from tadalafil. #111 was 'obsessed with the libido bump' from Melanotan II but describes wrecked sleep. #109 describes strong erections from Melanotan II. #82 warns Melanotan II darkened moles and prompted a dermatology visit.

Low desire has many causes
Medications (including some antidepressants and GLP-1 drugs), relationship stress, sleep loss, low testosterone or oestrogen, depression and chronic illness all lower desire. A sudden change in libido deserves a medical conversation. Melanotan II is unregulated and has been linked to mole changes — new or changing moles need a clinician, not a forum protocol.
