I was on 10 mg Tirz using official channels and barely lost any weight. I swapped to Reta to save money and titrated up to 10 mg and gained weight instead. I cant feel any appetite suppression on either of them after 5 months. Adding Cagri though was a gamechanger, I started dropping in weight quickly after 2 weeks so I hope this holds for me.
