Thoughts?

I’ve been on peptides for 18 months, they’re all a scam besides the GLP1s. Little to no benefits from any of them. BPC (and HGH of course) might be the only one worth running. These peptide peddlers are taking advantage of desperate consumers looking for health benefits in a bottle. Diet and exercise will give you everything a peptide claims

Bro I can’t run any of the GLPs. Sema, Tirz, and, Reta all give me full-body histamine dump. Flushing, itching, hives. Using these that actually move the scale are off the table. Here I am sitting here 60 lbs overweight watching people drop 30–50. It sucks. Silver lining. I've read that some come off these drugs with zero libido, someone said that they don’t even care to rawdog hookers anymore. Nice knowing I still have that option.

210 in January. Started Tirz. Added supplements. Orangetheory 5 days a week. Tracking food. Great protein shake in morning. Sauna every night. Sleep good, but not great. Bed at 11, up at 4. Hard to get more than that. Protein good. At least 10,000 steps a day. By end of July down 65. Feeling great. Switched to Reta at low dose and upped calories a bit. Added MOTS-C and SS-31 and energy is through the roof. Ecstatic. Never any side effects of any kind. Holding at 147 since end of July. Dexa in a month. Blood work good. PCP has been great ordering bloodwork. Looking to add TRT if blood work points to that. Really starting to get definition. Week 6 on Reta. Beyond happy. Not going back. GLP's have been very good to me. But I feel the were the catalyst to all the other changes. Amazed by it all. It can be done!
