I have a theory that reta works best in naïve patients that have never tried a GLP-1 before. I think a lot of the complaining about reta disproportionately comes from people who switched from tirz to reta while the more positive experiences come from people that started on reta and never tried anything else. There obviously will be outliers but I wonder if anyone else has noticed this. Ex-tirz users will report zero suppression from reta at like 4mg/week while naïve users will microdose 0.5mg/week because anything stronger is too powerful
