I think Tirz is Objectively better than Reta.

I think Tirz is Objectively better than Reta. Both compounds are amazing, but Tirz wins the overall head to head and it’s not really close. Reta = A Tier Tirz = S Tier The reason this is true is because of the third agonist. Glucagon agonism is what makes Reta the superior fat-loss/short term tool, but it also raises RHR and HRV. People just gloss this over and run Reta year round. Big mistake, because chronically elevated RHR and lower HRV implications - • Muscle loss risk climbs during a cut when recovery capacity is suppressed • Can lower mood, motivation, and libido • Increases cardiovascular risk • Worse longevity markers • Worse Sleep Sleep is the most IMPORTANT and overlooked factor Good sleep: muscle repair, GH release, higher HRV, impaired memory, sharper focus, steadier mood. Poor sleep: muscle loss on a cut, high cortisol, lower testosterone, higher RHR, constant cravings, brain fog, weaker lifts. Sleep affects every single biological system of the body.
