I am on Reta and also happen to be an alcoholic.

I used Grok for my first reta reconstitution and it got the math wrong. I ended up making it 10x concentration and administered 10mg for a first dose. It was an egregious error that I fully own; it's not that I'm bad at math, but when one has zero experience with these things there ends up being a lot of moving parts, and I made the mistake of relying on AI to keep things straight for the first time out, and in doing so, I unknowingly allowed delegation to override my intuition. I'll accept most folks will consider me moronic here. I still contend that, while it was a stupid mistake, it's an easy one to make. Don't rely on AI for critical moments, and ESPECIALLY not when there's math involved. If just one person takes this anecdote to heart, I'll be happy. It could have been much worse, but it was FAR from pleasant, lol!
