Im a peptide fanatic. Two years deep in peptides. Honest notes, just what each actually does in my body. CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin is my sleep fix. Used to wake five times a night, now I'm out cold till morning. GHK-Cu I'll never drop. Tore my forearm open on a bike chain last summer and it closed clean enough to surprise the urgent care guy. SS-31 is the weird one. Closest thing to the lights coming on, and my recovery between hard sessions got noticeably shorter. Semax flips my focus to overdrive. Great for deadlines, useless past early afternoon or I can't sleep. Tirzepatide slowed my gut so much I had to move my night supplements earlier, they just sit there otherwise. BPC-157 is the quiet one for joints and gut. I only notice it when I run out. Thing nobody warns you about with almost all of them: water weight. I'll wake up 5 pounds up and it's pure sodium, not fat. Took me way too long to stop letting the scale wreck my morning.
