can someone please give some more information on injecting unbuffered…

can someone please give some more information on injecting unbuffered NAD+? I made the mistake of jumping the gun and forgot these come buffed/unbuffed. I heard injection site reactions are crazy but the ph can be balanced with sodium bicarbonate. However, I also heard this degrades the vial extremely quick. I have no issue injecting as is I would just like to hear other experiences with this. Thank you in advance!

I’ve been taking 2.5mg MOTS-c and 50mg NAD+ 3x a week for a week now. Feeling nothing not even extra energy. Anyone else having the same issue or does it take more than a week to feel it?
