Reported doses
A figure counts when it is written next to BPC-157 or BPC. Milligram amounts above 2 mg are left out, as are microgram amounts above 2,000 mcg. Figures next to another compound, a price, or a vial size are left out. Each distinct figure counts once per confession. Figures that appear in only one confession are omitted from the table.

Questions
- What do BPC-157 user reports say people use it for?
- A confession counts when its text matches a fixed use list: a joint, a tendon or ligament, an injury, pain, surgery, the gut, healing or recovery, oral use, or injection. The use phrases in the most confessions are healing or recovery and shoulder, knee, elbow, ankle, wrist, or hip (tied): 16 of 71 (22.5%). A denial in the preceding words does not count. These are phrase matches over anonymous published stories, not clinical incidence.
- How many confessions are in this BPC-157 count?
- 71 published confessions are tagged BPC-157. The site has no accounts, so this is a count of submissions, not a verified count of distinct people. Published dates run from 16 May 2026 through 14 October 2026.
- How are BPC-157 healing timelines counted?
- 5 confessions write an explicit day number, 7 confessions write an explicit week number, and 7 write an explicit month number. Months are not converted into weeks, and weeks are not converted into days. A confession can land in more than one bucket when it names more than one number.
- What BPC-157 side effects do users report?
- A confession counts when its text matches the shared phrase list (for example nausea, constipation, heart rate, palpitations). A denial in the preceding words ("no nausea") does not count. The side-effect phrases users report most often are anxiety or panic, heart rate or palpitations, and reflux or heartburn (tied): 2 of 71 confessions (2.8%). Silence is not recorded: people who never name an effect are in the denominator only.
- Are these BPC-157 doses a recommendation?
- This is not a dosing recommendation. 3 of 71 confessions write a figure next to BPC-157 or BPC. Figures are kept when they sit near that name, and dropped when they sit near another compound, a price, or a vial size. One distinct figure counts once per confession. The figure named in the most confessions is 500 mcg (2 confessions).
- Do these percentages show what BPC-157 causes?
- A percentage is the share of published confessions that used a phrase. Figures on this page are phrase matches over anonymous published stories, not clinical incidence.
Methodology
Cohort: confessions with status published and a BPC-157 tag. Data through 14 October 2026. The page is cached and regenerated about once an hour from that query.
There is no structured field for side effect, use, dose, week, or outcome. Matches are case-insensitive phrases. A phrase that nobody used stays in the table at zero. “Tired”, “sleep”, “heart”, and “skin” alone are not scored; those words show up in stories that are not about a side effect.
Figures on this page are phrase matches over anonymous published stories, not clinical incidence.
This is not a dosing recommendation. Doses are not a protocol. Weight figures, where this page shows them, are not a result you should expect. Nothing on this page is a finding from a trial.
Editorial rules for what gets published are on the methodology page. Vendor names are not repeated here.
