Reta crushed my libido. it dropped my blood sugar so low that I’d wake at 2:30am (weirdly precise) with an adrenaline response- heart racing, sweaty, etc. Sent my anxiety through the roof and to make matters worse… no weight loss. Tirz is so much better. (42M)

reta is not going to be as popular as anticipated when it gets released. it’s objectively better than tirz for weight loss but reta’s inferior appetite suppressant and worse side effects will make tirz the better option for the average person while gym bros and the morbidly obese stick to reta. the general public will not tolerate the racing heart rate, skin sensitivity and insomnia at all and i predict the media will latch onto these stories like crazy

Had reflux for fifteen years. it got better on tirz, week one was hell. Then the weight came off and the thing I'd had for a decade and a half just... left. Two-sided coin, it wrecked my gut before it fixed it.

A1C 8.3, squarely diabetic. fifteen milligrams of tirz brought it down 2.5 points and under 7 for the first time in years. my endo used the word "remission." here's the part I don't say out loud: I know if I stop, it climbs back, dose-dependent, they've got the 2 and 4 and 6 month data so I'm not cured. I'm leasing normal blood sugar and the payment is forever, still worth it but call it what it is.

62, no heart problems my whole life. two days after my tirz shot my heart went to 150 sitting on the couch and wouldn't come down. blood pressure 90 over 60. I told the ER it was probably just anxiety. they shocked my heart back into rhythm with paddles. new-onset atrial fibrillation, no other cause they could find, and it never came back once I stopped. I keep thinking about how close I came to calling it stress and going back to bed.

nobody warned me my skin would feel like it was on fire. pins and needles, then a burning nobody could see. I thought I was having a stroke. turns out on the top dose it happens to about 1 in 5 people, it's the glucagon part of reta doing something to your nerves, and it's the one side effect tirz and sema don't give you. I was in the 20%. I dropped the dose and it faded. wish the people posting their weight loss numbers mentioned this part even once.

Started taking tirz low dose, got up to 5mg weekly. Added Reta .5mg on top 3.5 days apart. After 2 weeks, I had crazy exertion tremors, but good blood sugar. Apparently zapped all my fluid and electrolytes/ sodium. Be careful out there

stacked reta, sema, AND tirz at once. all three. do not do this. the weight fell off and so did my ability to function, couldn't eat, couldn't hydrate, heart going crazy. it's not three times the results, it's three times the damage to the same system. pick one. I'm serious. My wife and kids would kill me
