This is vain, I know. My passport needs renewing and I keep wanting to wait until I’m thinner for the photo. Almost 50lbs down on tirzepatide, another 90–100 I’d like to lose. I travel internationally a few times a year, so this is an actual practical problem I’m turning into a photo problem. I know they’ll recognize me at immigration. That’s not what’s bothering me. I don’t want to reach my goal and still be carrying that picture around.

On 12mg of Reta a week but I'm eating and guzzling gorillions of calories without meaning to. Is my lizard brain trying to survive the war on two fronts the peptides and weight lifting I'm thinking of adding Tirz to tame the beast

Was on Tirz. Shifted to Reta. Lost considerable weight. Had Sleep Apnea and had to use CPAP. GLPs made CPAP redundant. However I tried using Cpap for deep sleep and recovery. Whenever last meal was later than 8pm, while using Cpap had cpap belly full of Burps waking me up in middle of Night. Whenever my dinner was earlier than 7pm, never had burps.

Was on Tirz. Shifted to Reta. Tanked my HRV and RHR shot off more than 18-20pts. Stalled. However a Dexa scan revealed massive fat loss, especially visceral fat. However given a choice will still choose Tirz.
