Longevity Peptides: What Has Human Evidence?

Longevity peptides: epitalon, MOTS-c, NAD-related stacks and GH secretagogues — claims vs human evidence and user reports. Not anti-aging advice.

Short answer

No peptide is FDA-approved to extend human lifespan. "Longevity peptides" online usually means epitalon, mitochondrial peptides such as MOTS-c, NAD+ precursors or infusions, thymosin alpha-1, and GH-axis secretagogues. Human evidence for lifespan or healthspan extension is weak or absent; most claims extrapolate from cells, animals or surrogate biomarkers. Proven longevity levers remain basics: not smoking, blood pressure and metabolic care, sleep, muscle, and evidence-based preventive medicine. Peptide Confessions does not publish dosing, timing, injection or sourcing guidance.

Community Q&A

What are longevity peptides?
A marketing umbrella for research peptides and NAD-related products claimed to slow aging. None is approved to extend human lifespan.
Do longevity peptides work?
Human lifespan evidence is lacking. Some compounds affect biomarkers in studies; that is not proof of living longer.
Does this page give dosing advice?
Peptide Confessions does not publish dosing, timing, injection or sourcing guidance.
