if you're starting GHK-Cu, don't do what I did. I went hard, daily, highest concentration, layered it right over my retinol and acids like more = faster. face broke down for a month. the actual protocol: 2-3x a week to start, 1-2% is plenty, and NEVER stack it with vitamin C, AHAs, BHAs or retinoids in the same routine. I learned the whole list by breaking every rule on it.
