SLU-PP-332: ERR Agonist and Exercise-Mimetic Claims
SLU-PP-332 explained: ERR agonist exercise-mimetic claims versus a thin anonymous archive. Not an approved drug. Not medical advice.

Short answer
SLU-PP-332 is discussed as an ERR agonist with exercise-mimetic research themes. It is not an approved performance medicine. This archive is thin — start at the SLU-PP-332 hub. Peptide Confessions does not publish dosing, timing, injection or sourcing guidance.
What SLU-PP-332 is
SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small molecule (not a peptide) developed at Saint Louis University. It activates estrogen-related receptors (ERRs, mainly ERR-alpha), proteins that switch on genes for mitochondrial energy production in muscle, the same programme endurance exercise turns on. That is why it is called an "exercise mimetic". Despite the name, ERRs are not estrogen receptors and SLU-PP-332 is not a hormone.
The evidence
Last reviewed October 15, 2026.
| Study | Finding | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| Mice, muscle and endurance (2023) | More oxidative "slow-twitch" muscle fibres and longer running time and distance on a treadmill | Mice only |
| Obese mice (2024) | Weight and fat loss and better insulin sensitivity, with food intake unchanged | Mice only; short term |
| Humans | No published trials | Safety, effective amount and long-term effects unknown |
Risks and legal status
It is not an approved drug or supplement anywhere; products are sold online as research chemicals, sometimes as capsules, with unverified contents (testing). Because it acts on metabolism and gene expression, effects on the heart, liver and other organs in people are unknown. Athletes should assume it is prohibited under WADA's metabolic-modulator rules. Related: MOTS-c and 5-Amino-1MQ.
What users report

Community Q&A
- Is SLU-PP-332 like cardarine?
- Both are called exercise mimetics but act on different targets. Cardarine's development stopped after cancers in animal studies; SLU-PP-332 has no human safety data.
- Is SLU-PP-332 a peptide?
- No. It is a small-molecule ERR agonist that circulates in peptide communities.
- Does SLU-PP-332 work in humans?
- Unknown. All published results are from mice: more endurance and fat loss without eating less.
- Is SLU-PP-332 safe?
- There are no human safety data. Products are unregulated research chemicals.
- What is SLU-PP-332?
- An experimental ERR agonist discussed for metabolic and endurance-like effects in early research and forums.
- Does this page give dosing advice?
- Peptide Confessions does not publish dosing, timing, injection or sourcing guidance.
