Short answer
In the small human studies of CJC-1295 the common effects were injection-site reactions, flushing, headache and diarrhoea; one trial participant died of a heart attack, which investigators did not attribute to the drug, and development stopped. Users here mostly describe water retention, sleep changes and occasional racing heart. Raised growth hormone can also raise blood sugar. Peptide Confessions does not publish dosing, timing, injection or sourcing guidance.
What the reports describe
Almost all 25 reports pair CJC-1295 with ipamorelin or other compounds, so cause is uncertain.
When to get help
Chest pain, a racing or irregular heartbeat that does not settle, fainting, or signs of high blood sugar (thirst, frequent urination) need medical attention. See peptide side effects.
