honestly have zero explanation of what happened or is ongoing this week with my life, but on friday night I took a subq inject , my normal dose. I’m on week 7 and I didn’t increase dosage by anything, but it had been 10 days since my last injection as I was on military duty and forgot my stuff, I woke up at 3am with horrible heart palpitations and trying to brush it off and go back to service in the morning, but by midday I felt pressure in my chest and shortness of breath, heart was irregular. I was tremlbing and was sure I was going to pass out. I ended up going to ER and my BP was only 80/55 so they brought me back and put me on IVs,The migraines this week have been the end of me. I have been totally great prior to this, although my body is still adjusting, but the reality is now I am too scared that I am reacting negatively to it and will not take another dose. anyone else or this just me? i am super concerned about heart implications
